The Energy Contract Company is delighted to announce the signature of a major new contract for consultancy services with the Cyprus Hydrocarbons Company (CHC). CHC is the state oil and gas company of the Republic of Cyprus. The contract will last for 3 to 5 years. ECC will provide CHC with commercial advisory services in relation to the many gas discoveries in Cyprus waters, covering:- field development, Gas and LNG sales and infrastructure contracts. Niall Trimble, managing Director of the Energy Contract Company commented: “We are delighted to be starting work with CHC in Cyprus one of the most exciting areas of gas field development worldwide. Our aim is to help CHC get the best development path for Cyprus. The next three to five years are going to be critical in maturing Cyprus’ discoveries to monetisation and with ECC’s support and advice we are confident of making significant progress.”
